Megan has over 20 years’ experience in designing and implementing people initiatives across varied industries including technology, cyber security, financial services, FMGC and hospitality. She has a degree in Adult Education and has been fortunate to receive awards for the people initiatives she and her team’s have delivered.
She is passionate about creating contemporary and innovative programs that underpin the business strategy and support everyone to continue loving their working experiences.
