Natasha is Adara’s Senior Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
In this role she establishes and executes comprehensive research, monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and frameworks that measure and enhance the effectiveness and impact of Adara’s programmes.
Natasha is an experienced evaluation and social research specialist with over 11 years’ experience in government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. She has a diverse background in public policy consultancy, program management, and health promotion. Natasha has worked overseas as an anthropologist conducting research on mental health care in Fiji in partnership with the Fijian Ministry of Health. Natasha is passionate about using evidence to improve peoples’ lives and help shape a better world.
Before joining Adara, she consulted for Australia’s federal and state governments conducting evaluations on local to nationwide programs and social research. Particularly in health, gender equity, education, employment and social justice.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Research (MRes) in Anthropology from Macquarie University, focusing on medical anthropology.
