
Noelle is Adara’s Global Health Manager.
She joins Adara with a decade of experience in global health programme management in the non-profit sector. She spent seven of these years working in the global wheelchair provision sector, collaborating with 54 partners in countries around the globe. Her main responsibilities were medical resource allocation, project management and facilitation of over 21 wheelchair health trainings.
Prior to this, she worked in care management and health promotion, mainly working with immigrants in the US and people living with chronic disease. Noelle specialises in health promotion, behavioural science, and international aid and development in low-resource settings. She has a double Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Latin American Studies (MPH/MA).
Noelle moved to Australia from San Diego in January 2020. In her spare time, you’ll find her on her paddleboard at the beach, at the park with her dog Teddy, or playing beach volleyball with her friends.
