Peter is a leader in private debt, leveraged finance, debt capital markets and investment banking in Australia. He is a Partner and Head of Asia Direct Lending for Ares Management Corporation.
Before joining Ares in 2021, he was Head of Acquisition and Leveraged Finance for Credit Suisse in Australia and New Zealand, where he focused on the origination, structuring and underwriting of debt transactions across all industries.
Peter has invested in, arranged and advised on over $100 billion of debt market transactions for public and private companies across all industries. He has held previous roles with Lazard, Deloitte and Bank of America in corporate finance.
