Emmanuel is Adara’s Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. He is responsible for assisting the Uganda team with the implementation of M&E and knowledge sharing activities in Uganda.
Emmanuel holds Bachelor of Information Systems from Makerere University, a postgraduate certificate in data analysis, a post-graduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation, and a certificate in ICT and business practical training.
He has five years’ experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation in health-related projects. He has previously worked with Makerere University Joint AIDS Program (MJAP).
