
Anthony is Adara’s Knowledge Sharing Manager in Uganda.
He supports teams to capture, organise and share knowledge, turning programme evidence and experience into practical learning that strengthens decision-making, programme quality and impact.
Anthony has more than 14 years of experience in knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, community health, water, sanitation and hygiene, education, child protection, and community development across Uganda.
Before joining Adara, he worked with Amref Health Africa in Uganda, World Vision Uganda, Build Africa Uganda and Wera Development Agency and also as an independent consultant leading baseline and endline studies, coordinating monitoring and learning activities, producing technical reports and learning products, and strengthening the capacity of community members, frontline workers and programme teams.
Anthony holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, a bachelor’s degree in Democracy and Development Studies, a Diploma in Social Work and Community Development, and a Certificate in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programming. He is passionate about making knowledge accessible and helping teams use evidence and experience to improve their work and increase their impact..
