Caitlin McGrath

Caitlin is Adara’s Director of Impact and Best Practice

In this role, she champions and cultivates excellence in Adara’s Maternal, Newborn and Child Health and Remote Community Development programmes. This is achieved by delivering high-quality monitoring and evaluation, research, strategic risk mitigation, support for programme strategy, planning and design, and the continuous enhancement of clinical excellence.

Caitlin comes to Adara with over a decade of experience working with communities in Uganda and with not-for-profits globally. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Master of International Development (UNSW).

Caitlin is passionate about innovative solutions to poverty and transforming the not-for-profit sector to focus on impact. She brings her skills in strategic programme management and working cross culturally to her role.
