Caroline is Adara’s Maternal Health Manager in Uganda. She manages the implementation of all maternal health aspects of the AdaraNewborn programme
She acts as a liaison between the Ministry of Health and other AdaraNewborn facilities, develops training materials, leads maternal health training teams, and delivers training and ongoing mentorship in these areas.
Prior to joining Adara, Caroline worked with Kiwoko Hospital for over 13 years. She is passionate about training other nurses and midwives and conducting researching into maternal and child health.
