Dilli Dotel is Adara’s Head of Education Programmes. In this role, he leads Adara’s Remote Education model and oversees all education projects in Nepal.
Dilli is an experienced education and development professional with over two decades of expertise in strengthening education systems, teacher capacity building, education in emergency (EiE), climate change and disaster risk reduction, gender socialisation and child protection and community development.
Throughout his career, he has worked with various organisations including CAP Nepal, Good Neighbors International, REED Nepal. He has experience in bilateral and multilateral fundings, leading initiatives that promote equitable and quality education for people living in marginalised and disadvantaged communities across Nepal.
