Enoch is Adara’s Psychosocial Support Officer in Uganda.

Enoch holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Psychology and Psychotherapy from Lira University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Makerere University. He is currently awaiting the defense of his research thesis. He has also completed several clinical and health-related courses, including a Certificate in HIV/AIDS Management from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and training in Epilepsy Management.

Before joining Adara, Enoch worked for nearly four years at Kiwoko Hospital, serving in the HIV/AIDS and Mental Health/Community-Based Health Care departments, where he provided mental health services to clients.

Enoch has been connected with Adara since 2006, when he was nine years old, through the Ebenezer Boys programme. The Ebenezer Boys are a group of 27 boys Adara supported who had been found living on the streets and in desperate need of help. Adara provided care and educational support to rehabilitate the Ebenezer Boys and directly managed their care and education. All the boys graduated from Adara’s care in 2017. Many of the boys now volunteer to give back to their communities. Today, Enoch remains involved with the Ebenzer boys as Team Leader amd Coordinator, organising annual meetings, budgeting and accountability, and psychosocial support.
