Leah is Adara’s People and Culture Officer. In this role, she supports a wide range of People and Culture functions — including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development coordination, and HR compliance. She also helps manage internal communications and support staff engagement activities and culture initiatives.
Leah has a Bachelor of Business (Management and Human Resource Management) from the University of Western Sydney and brings experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Before her role at Adara, Leah worked in the NDIS industry as an HR Manager.
