Ram is a Training Specialist (English) at Adara Development Nepal. In this capacity, he focuses on enhancing the quality of Englisheducation and strengthening teacher capacity across Adara’s partner schools.
Ram holds a Masters of Science in Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University Wales, UK and Masters in English Education from Tribhuvan University Kathmandu, Nepal.
His career includes roles as a Teacher Training Program Mentor at Heartland Academy Nepal, Cover Supervisor at New Direction Education in Wales, UK.
Leveraging his expertise in education systems, he has also participated Asia Pacific Democratic Educational conference in Sydney, Australia.
Ram’s core strengths consist in Project based learning(PBL) democratic education approaches, education leadership, building capacity in non-violent educational pedagogy, and child protection.
