Rijita is Adara’s Head of Finance and Operations in Nepal. She is responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting and operations.
With over 10 years of professional experience, Rijita has worked extensively in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including roles in banking, manufacturing and other industries across Nepal and India. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant in both India and Nepal and has completed Diploma in IFRS from the UK Board. In addition to her professional credentials, Rijita has served as a council member of the sub-committee in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), showcasing her commitment to the development of the accounting profession.
