Sheila is Adara’s Maternal Health Technical Officer in Uganda.
Sheila is an experienced midwife who has served at Benedict Medical Centre, a UCMB Level IV Health Centre in Luzira, Kampala. As In-Charge of the Maternity and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) departments, she led teams in delivering quality maternal and child health services.
She is a dedicated and collaborative professional, deeply passionate about improving outcomes for mothers and children.
