About the Role
The Donor Communications Coordinator plays a key behind‑the‑scenes role supporting Adara’s Partnerships team. You’ll help inspire and retain supporters by delivering high‑quality donor communications, reports, and briefing materials and by coordinating donor administration and due diligence processes. Working closely with Partnerships colleagues and internal stakeholders, you’ll support foundations, corporate partners, major donors and grant funders to ensure funding obligations are met and donor relationships are well stewarded.
About you
You’re a strong communicator with excellent writing skills and sharp attention to detail. Highly organised and deadline‑driven, you enjoy coordinating multiple pieces of work and supporting others to deliver high‑quality outcomes. Experience in donor communications, fundraising, grants, or a similar coordination role is ideal, along with an interest in international development and social impact.
