Claire is in the EY Strategy and Transactions team. She is an experienced associate director working in Transaction Diligence and prior to that in Audit.
Claire has worked on a number of high-profile assignments advising stakeholders on both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence as well as IPOs. She has commercial and transaction experience, providing high quality service to private equity and corporate clients on transactions spanning a variety of sectors.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Monash University and is a Chartered Accountant.
