Kristi is Adara’s Corporate Advisory Director
Kristi leads our Corporate Advisory team where she is responsible for providing independent strategic advice to clients on large and complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital management and raisings, and corporate reorganisations.
Kristi has nearly 15 years of deals advisory experience in Australia and across Asia with specialist experience in deal structuring of private equity and cross border transactions.
Kristi joined Adara Partners from KPMG where she was previously a Director of its Deal Advisory team and held several leadership responsibilities including as a Member of its ASPAC Regional PE and M&A Committee and its Global Tax Advisory Joint Steering Group Sub-Committee.
Kristi holds a Master of Finance (with Excellence) from UNSW, a Bachelor of Laws / Commerce from La Trobe University and is a Chartered Accountant.
