Richard is a Principal in Deloitte’s M&A Advisory team. Richard supports Adara Partners on an as-needed basis to provide hands-on support and expertise to Adara Partners’ clients.
Richard has over 20 years’ investment banking experience encompassing M&A, capital raisings and equity market research. Richard has extensive M&A experience across hostile and negotiated transactions and significant experience dealing with strategic capital management matters.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Richard led Citigroup’s local telecom, media & technology sector coverage following 10 years at Deutsche Bank as an equity analyst.
