Sam is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory team at Adara Partners, advising clients on M&A, capital markets transactions, and broader corporate finance strategy.
He is experienced in supporting buy-side and sell-side processes, financial modelling, and preparation of transaction materials.
Prior to joining Adara, Sam spent over two years at Deloitte where he advised on corporate and project finance transactions across a range of sectors, with a focus on the development and financing of renewable energy projects.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and has completed Level I of the CFA Program
